Spent an hour finding this as was recommended in one of our books. Set in the old Silk Dyers' quarter, quaint with a small waterway running aside the restaurant. "It was really a great culinary experience. I was entitled to excellent service. The wine with glass (I never knew what I had been drinking, damage) was very good taste. I had the chance to taste an excellent tuna tartare at the entrance and then excellent gnocchis with truffle that would deserve a little more texture but remained very good.
