for having eaten on the thumb in this large resting area, the cassoulet of the dined is not, and by far, the best castelnaudary cassoulets. the service is pleasant and fast but the specialty is cruelly lacking in flavor, it is fade, we search for all meats in the sun and frankly it is more drunk than tasty.
