"I could say that for my drop some of the best in the bird. they attend you instantly and very good staff at all times. the ham is very rich, all in its detail, the unique wheel for the price that is quite good and the last side they decorate that gives it drip. I've gone 3 times and I'll be safer more times."

"Called for lunch at this charming parador, set in the heart of handsome Avila. It enjoys a tranquil location, overlooking garden which abuts the city walls. Service was excellent from a delightful, very helpful lady with a twinkle in her eye. The restaurant is rather old fashioned, though sympathetic to the property, with well distanced, smartly set tables. The menu features gutsy, traditional dishes food was tasty well presented. I didn’t care for the Avila delicacy Yemas though, a sickly, jelly like sweet made with eggs buckets of sugar, surely a zillion calories a pop. Overall though, a very enjoyable choice, with lots of character."
