Server was great. But I just wanted to note manager/supervisor or owner? Not sure which I forgot.. but his name was Ken I believe. I noticed he helped out severs with food and he was very nice and caring to the customers. very good atmosphere and friendly people! View all feedback.
What Zach Thornton doesn't like about Applebee's Grill:
Went on a Tuesday night around 6pm. No hostess at hostess stand. Stood there for 7 minutes before another server sat us ina bother section. Once our actual server came took forever to get food and drinks. I ordered ribs and they were tough and rubbery. I never even got a refill on my water and she stoped by only once before our check. Just went to Applebee's and I had salmon which was over cooked. My husband had the fish and chips and the fish was not good.Vegetarian options: Poor
David was such an amazing host! The salmon was delicious ? riblets and wings all you can eat (so many options) got a 7/10 by the boys ??

Went for the endless dinner and waited over an hour for our food. When we talked to the manager she was snotty with us and told us she didn’t take our order and had no desire to help us or take responsibility. We left after being there for 1 hour 30 minutes with no food. Huge disappointment.
Consistency is one of the most important things for a chain to perfect and manage. The flavors, portion sizes, ingredient quality can be closely controlled. However, the human element is the variable and the most important ingredient to the guest experience as it is truly about the people that work for you.Our experience was perfect, yes, tip the hat to corporate, consistent; but the attentiveness of our server, Sarah and the perfection of the cook on my wife’s steak, moistness of my Chicken and the spotless condition of the restrooms are the things which make the experience special.We train for this level of consistency and professionalism at North East Ford and our evening with Sarah will surely be subject of training on how to deliver an excellent guest experience.Lann Rubin IIFounderNorth East Ford
