Great experience! We made a reservation online and showed up 15 minutes. The hostes was very polite and was able to seat (which we told her we did not expect and were totally fine to wait) Our server, Emme, was friendly, had great timing, and never made us feel rushed but always showed up to fill drinks and check on us at just the right times. this was our first trip to charbonos as it was the birthday of my wife. eating was good, but not good enough to come back. our server seemed a little nervous and missed on a few points. we had to ask for a drink, and he never brought the box that my wife asked. and he never asked if we wanted to dessert that we had bought. we will probably return to try other dishes.
