"We went for my wife's birthday and having never been before, were pleasantly surprised! All the entrees we ordered (7 adults) were excellent. Everything was very tasty and we were all quite satisfied."

"I’ve been sending gifts from Cookies By Design since receiving one in 1996 when my son was born. Everyone loves the flavorful cookies, the service is great, the staff is flexible and responsive, and hand delivery is notably inexpensive. Thanks to the owners of the North Olmsted, Ohio store who always get everything right and faithfully delivery the cookies I order to my family on the other side of town. Their drivers even call right after delivery to confirm. Spread love. Send cookies."

"Good bakery items however I have stopped ordering here because I ordered cupcakes for my sister before. Twice now I have called ahead to order my own for my birthday the same exact cupcakes. The first time I was told they don't offer that flavor. The second time, my order was taken for a set time/day, I was quoted a price and when I arrived, to my disappointment the woman told me they had nothing for me. When I asked if she didn't mind taking my order while I was there to have it ready the next day, she acted like it was an inconvenience picking them up for my desired time (SAME TIME OFFERED BEFORE) because it was the same time the decorator arrives. All I wanted was some lousy sprinkles. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. It takes two minutes out of your day to help a team member or AT LEAST OFFER. Especially when my experiences here have been the way they are. She then let me know once I told her my desired flavor that they don't offer this.1) Why was my order taken and quoted if they knew what flavor I wanted and they knew they could not do it?2) Why couldn't someone call to let me know it was not going to be ready due to the flavor?3) I find this extremely unprofessional for any business and will not be recommending anyone I know here. It's a sad shame."

"It's been a while since I've been at this location. The service well, it's kids trying to cut their teeth in the work force. I had gotten Pearl Road Crunch which was good as usual and the wife got pumpkin which is good as well. Please don't leave the area."

"We had a party of eight for nye and as usual, eating was very good. some in our group were never in veranda and I'm sure they're coming back. they have a great menu selection and eating is consistently good. we had an amazing server. she was personal, professional and very accommodating. I'm sure we're back."
