When the Chicken Steak actually was (Grilled) adds flavor. Lately it's half cooked as if it was boiled..teach more cooks how to grill meat please lolOnline orders are a rip off. You'll get much less than you ordered. You have to walk in to get your money's worth. View all feedback.

I'm surprised this store still exists. it's the worst one in all of Ohio.

"Good bakery items however I have stopped ordering here because I ordered cupcakes for my sister before. Twice now I have called ahead to order my own for my birthday the same exact cupcakes. The first time I was told they don't offer that flavor. The second time, my order was taken for a set time/day, I was quoted a price and when I arrived, to my disappointment the woman told me they had nothing for me. When I asked if she didn't mind taking my order while I was there to have it ready the next day, she acted like it was an inconvenience picking them up for my desired time (SAME TIME OFFERED BEFORE) because it was the same time the decorator arrives. All I wanted was some lousy sprinkles. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. It takes two minutes out of your day to help a team member or AT LEAST OFFER. Especially when my experiences here have been the way they are. She then let me know once I told her my desired flavor that they don't offer this.1) Why was my order taken and quoted if they knew what flavor I wanted and they knew they could not do it?2) Why couldn't someone call to let me know it was not going to be ready due to the flavor?3) I find this extremely unprofessional for any business and will not be recommending anyone I know here. It's a sad shame."

Everyone loves the flavorful cookies, the service is great, the staff is flexible and responsive, and hand delivery is notably inexpensive. Thanks to the owners of the North Olmsted, Ohio store who always get everything right and faithfully delivery the cookies I order to my family on the other side of town. "My grand daughter has a love for this place so when we visited Lakewood for Christmas, she insisted we go! Who was I to argue with great ice cream? Mitchell’s is one of my favorite places for great flavors like plain ole vanilla, my go to when evaluating parlors like this one. Lots of other flavor options to choose from along with toppings that put smiles on everyone’s face. Sit down and watch the train go around overhead while you sample the best ice cream in Cleveland!"

"We tried porch bistro for Sunday breakfast. Breakfast Flatbread Pizza is amazing, as well as breakfast Burrito. The atmosphere was nice, we sat outside and there was a great service. I wasn't sure what I should get my son at the first glance of the menu, but I just asked for a fruit cup and agitator and that was no problem. I would highly recommend this restaurant!"
