What User likes about Mirabelle:
delightful evening with my wife and adult daughter in this charming cozy holiday home at the foot of the beaver creek resort! excellent meal reminds of our time in paris! warm and friendly service staff made our evening to remember. very beautiful made! View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Mirabelle:
Mirabelle has switched to 'off season' menu, which is shorter, probably until late November. Fewer choices, but the food is still excellent. And the weather is still fine for dining on the deck. View all feedback.

Very nice place. The food was good. I had Burrata and the summer casrole and chocolate fond for dessert. You took my dislike for paprika.

"Right next to a gas station, this place serves breakfast, donuts, as well as lunch and dinner. It has an extensive wine list and I believe you can buy bottles of wine there too. The place had a Dennys feel to it but more upscale and with better food! it is located right next to a gas station right off of an I-70 exit in the Vail Valley. Portions are generous so be warned!! According to our waitress, who was very friendly and knowledgeable, the first plate they ever offered and one of their best sellers is the French toast. So I went ahead and ordered the s’mores French toast with a side of scrambled eggs and bacon. The bacon was super salty which was perfect because the scrambled eggs had no salt so when combined it was delicious! Eggs where fluffy and not running. The pancakes where delicious with chocolate syrup drizzled all over them and mini marshmallows too. I bought three donuts which were on the bigger size. Think double what a Dunkin’ donut is. The three where delicious: glazed; walnuts and crunchy glazed (I don’t remember the actual name). This place is a must."
