"Good bakery items however I have stopped ordering here because I ordered cupcakes for my sister before. Twice now I have called ahead to order my own for my birthday the same exact cupcakes. The first time I was told they don't offer that flavor. The second time, my order was taken for a set time/day, I was quoted a price and when I arrived, to my disappointment the woman told me they had nothing for me. When I asked if she didn't mind taking my order while I was there to have it ready the next day, she acted like it was an inconvenience picking them up for my desired time (SAME TIME OFFERED BEFORE) because it was the same time the decorator arrives. All I wanted was some lousy sprinkles. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. It takes two minutes out of your day to help a team member or AT LEAST OFFER. Especially when my experiences here have been the way they are. She then let me know once I told her my desired flavor that they don't offer this.1) Why was my order taken and quoted if they knew what flavor I wanted and they knew they could not do it?2) Why couldn't someone call to let me know it was not going to be ready due to the flavor?3) I find this extremely unprofessional for any business and will not be recommending anyone I know here. It's a sad shame."

"THIS PLACE IS AMAZING EVERYTHING IS AMAZING I LOVE THE WAY IT LOOKS INSIDE AND OUT THE FLAVORS ARE AMAZING I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND EVERYTHING ESPECIALLY THE CHOCOLATE STUFF THE ICE CREAM CAKES ARE AMAZING AS WELL AND FEED A TON OF PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!! I 100% RECOMMEND AND IT IS WAY BETTER THAN ALL OF THE ICE CREAM PLACES AROUND!!!!!!"

"I took a friend here for the first time on 9/1/23 and joked to the server (Jackie C) that I had been raving about the place so please don't let it suck well it certainly didn't. From the moment we were greeted by the hostess it was as if we were their most important guests. We were asked if we wanted to be seated inside or on the Veranda, of course we picked outdoors, not much of that left in Ohio this year. Martini was dry, you'd be surprised how hard it is to get that right, server was attentive, food was excellent, and it could not have been a better evening to dine outside. Normally I'm not a fan of chunky marinara, but it was excellent on the veal parm. One of the guys from the kitchen (Matt, who actually is the managing partner) checked in with us to make sure everything was up to standards, and I only later found out who he was. Jackie even brought us a slice of carrot cake as a finishing touch. RESERVATIONS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Casual dress, but they still let me in dressed to the nines."
