Okay. I don't usually go over restaurants... but...if you're in or around Medina Ohio and you haven't stopped ppetto / Johnny Malloy's, do it! The Honey Bourbon BBQ wings are absolutely incredible and the Ribs are crazy. The train is perfect and the taste is one of the best I had. 11/10 will eat here again. read moreStop for a quick bite! Great service and good drinks! The food was great and quickly got out. Definitely plan to make this a regular place in the city.

"I would give it a four but sadly there's only two flavors of vegan ice cream on the board if you want anything besides at the time chocolate or salted caramel you are out of luck. now you can go in the freezer section and buy a pint for $7 but you can't do anything other than take that home with you not to mention the place is busy and very loud lot of kids running around which is to be expected at an ice cream shop but you have young people working behind the counters telling you to move up move along you feel rushed and pressured to hurry up and order to keep the lines moving.. so between that and the chaos of all the kids running around like they were on crack it's not exactly the most pleasant not to mention they didn't really greet us, they didn't thank us and all we got were four scoops of ice cream in 2 cups and a pint and it was 20 bucks."

"I’ve been sending gifts from Cookies By Design since receiving one in 1996 when my son was born. Everyone loves the flavorful cookies, the service is great, the staff is flexible and responsive, and hand delivery is notably inexpensive. Thanks to the owners of the North Olmsted, Ohio store who always get everything right and faithfully delivery the cookies I order to my family on the other side of town. Their drivers even call right after delivery to confirm. Spread love. Send cookies."

"Good bakery items however I have stopped ordering here because I ordered cupcakes for my sister before. Twice now I have called ahead to order my own for my birthday the same exact cupcakes. The first time I was told they don't offer that flavor. The second time, my order was taken for a set time/day, I was quoted a price and when I arrived, to my disappointment the woman told me they had nothing for me. When I asked if she didn't mind taking my order while I was there to have it ready the next day, she acted like it was an inconvenience picking them up for my desired time (SAME TIME OFFERED BEFORE) because it was the same time the decorator arrives. All I wanted was some lousy sprinkles. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. It takes two minutes out of your day to help a team member or AT LEAST OFFER. Especially when my experiences here have been the way they are. She then let me know once I told her my desired flavor that they don't offer this.1) Why was my order taken and quoted if they knew what flavor I wanted and they knew they could not do it?2) Why couldn't someone call to let me know it was not going to be ready due to the flavor?3) I find this extremely unprofessional for any business and will not be recommending anyone I know here. It's a sad shame."

"I called on the 31st to be sure she had vegan food for my guests from the state. You said yes. We arrived 15 minutes later. They were vegetables from everything except a bowl. I was humiliated. The food was cold as the French fries. I'll never eat there again."
