I've been visiting Rio for over 15 years, I've never been disappointed. Every time I'm in the area, I'll stop for lunch or coffee. The Rio Beef, one of my favorite sandwiches everywhere, tastes as good as those years ago. Large family business and a great staff. The food and the drinks were okay, but nothing special. Customer service was good, but not stellar. There was a worker who fell under our feet when eating and talking. That was quite rude and made us uncomfortable. I saw him picking up other customers from their seats so he could jump under their chairs. Maybe wait until your customers get ready in this room.
