"Good bakery items however I have stopped ordering here because I ordered cupcakes for my sister before. Twice now I have called ahead to order my own for my birthday the same exact cupcakes. The first time I was told they don't offer that flavor. The second time, my order was taken for a set time/day, I was quoted a price and when I arrived, to my disappointment the woman told me they had nothing for me. When I asked if she didn't mind taking my order while I was there to have it ready the next day, she acted like it was an inconvenience picking them up for my desired time (SAME TIME OFFERED BEFORE) because it was the same time the decorator arrives. All I wanted was some lousy sprinkles. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. It takes two minutes out of your day to help a team member or AT LEAST OFFER. Especially when my experiences here have been the way they are. She then let me know once I told her my desired flavor that they don't offer this.1) Why was my order taken and quoted if they knew what flavor I wanted and they knew they could not do it?2) Why couldn't someone call to let me know it was not going to be ready due to the flavor?3) I find this extremely unprofessional for any business and will not be recommending anyone I know here. It's a sad shame."

"My group and I had a great Sunday brunch at Cafe Melissa! We waited for our table for about 15 minutes before being seated. The waitress was brand new but did a good job despite it being a busy Sunday morning. We ordered coffees and ice teas, which weren 't anything special and kind of bland. We were impressed at the prices of the brunch items as well as the portion sizes. I ordered the North of the Border omelette, with Canadian bacon, Swiss cheese, onions, and poblanos. I couldn 't taste the poblanos but the Canadian bacon was nice and salty. My brother was a huge fan of his Kayla wrap and even though Cafe Melissa is 45 minutes away, he has every intention of becoming a regular here. Overall, this is a nice little local business in a good part of the Cleveland metro."
