Crab legs cooked to perfection! Service great... update crab legs to perfection...potatoes over cooked. Broccoli was excellent. I'm so happy as of 6/19/24 this place is still open as it seems many are now closed. Please remain open through reorganization...gotta have crab legs. View all feedback.
What John Plummer doesn't like about Red Lobster:
Attention. I sat in the lobby area waiting to be seated for 20-25 minutes before the hostess showed up to do their job. A waiter who saw my wife and I sitting there with our son asked us if we had been helped yet three times before looking for the hostess. When I said something about the wait to the manager. I was told that they needed more help and that I should apply for their kitchen. My brother applied for the po... View all feedback.
Not sure where the food came from because we are in a landlocked state. so that was questionable. The waitress explained that the cheddar rolls are made in house and fresh. I mean, okay.... I get it they are trying to upsell. Overall this place isnt as fishy as I was expecting I might come back depends if Indiana will ever upgrade to having an ocean.

Really good food. Cooked perfectly. Great waitress.
The restaurant was clean, servers were all professional and food was great HOWEVER, the manager Linda is a hot mess. She looked a mess (dirty clothes, shirt halfway tucked in and hair a mess) , acted a mess and treated her staff and customers like she was above them. The table across from me was asking for a water to go, she said “Do. you. Want. A. Cup.” Like they were stupid then told them that she is a manager and doesn’t do that but a server can. Which I then proceeded to witness her treating her staff like complete trash. I felt bad that they worked under her. When I first walked in and asked for a booth, she said “I always give ones with kids a booth, easier to control them” I just kindly replied and said that I raised my kid right and don’t need to “control” my child. Someone really needs to look into her.
Today we celebrated my wife's birthday at Red Lobster. The service was wonderful and the food was hot and fresh. Special thanks go out to TREVOR our server for making this birthday one to remember. You truly know how to treat your customers..
