As someone with a sweet tooth I really love the way they make crepes here. They have a variety of beverage options to choose from, smoothies, teas, iced/blended/hot coffee drinks. We were the first customers to order at 7am. We waited 40 min for our food and drinks. The employees apologized for the wait but I do think this was an excessive wait time, especially since we were literally the first customers of the day.
