Great place to live! The community is clean and the pools looks nice. Jesus the maintenance supervisor is super cool and always says hello, which is nice. Highly recommend! View all feedback.

What Dani Jensen doesn't like about Coldwater Springs Apartments:
The move in date was postposed by 4 days due to roaches running all over the apartment. The people in Charge did offer a bit of a refund and said they would get pest control out. They decided to roach bomb instead, which was highly ineffective. We have vacuumed up more roaches in 10 minutes than what was killed by bombing. The roach problem has not been taken care of even with all the money we have spent on glue trap... View all feedback.

24 hour emergency maintenance does not exist here. I didn't receive a call back until the next morning.Apartment is currently at 89 degrees
