"This place really started well with great tasting burgers and good customer service, but since then their service levels and food quality have constantly declined. Management, please clear the place and make it great again. Parking here is very difficult as there are many shops and small restaurants that make it very difficult to park or even drive."

"Very disappointed in this locations service. Just went through the drive thru (8:00pm) for a soup and they tell me no more soup, we put soups away for the night Umm...why would they put away their soups when it's not closing time and they should be serving ALL items on the menu until closing time. Drove 20 mins there just to get a bad response from a lazy employee. Don't come here looking for good customer service and apparently soup at 8pm."

"We had the worst luck finding a decent Chinese restaurant in the area. Our family tried Eest Asian Bistro for the first time and it was a complete disappointment. We made a delivery of chicken fried rice and chicken chow fun with white rice. The unwavering number of onions in the chicken stall was ridiculous and the chicken was boiled in both meals. The food went to the garbage. Our search continues..."
