How can you get a hot chocolate wrong? Tasteless. Then discovered a huge lump of powder. Yuck. Used single use plastic for an drink in house unforgivable. Also a lady nearby complained it was cold. Instead of fixing the problem, member of staff just said do you think so and walked away View all feedback.
