Overall a good evening but it started badly as I expected and I believe it was Open Tables fault, as our booking didn't appear at the Firecrest, but thankfully they had space for us. read more.

the starter was overcooked and not as described in the menu. the staff did not seem in the position and unwilling to do something about it, although the plate was practically untamed when they cleaned the table. the main course was good, but the piece sizes seem smaller than in previous visits this year. would not come back as this place seems to go downhill. read more.
