we had a great meal here on the way south. it was unusually warm for ayr at 28°C! for luck there were air cones. friendly service, although with kovid it was ordering via QR code. it has all worked smoothly and quickly what was convenient for traveling with a family read more.

What User doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
It was a very cold place and expensive..the pizza was ok but toppings were not as good as I expected and the salad bar was really bad ... I was quite disopointed...the only thing that made it a good night was the friendly staff who stopped and had a chat ....wish I could say something better read more.

"This was in times past a little gem in Ayr a perfect place for that romantic night where you could have a beautiful night but sadly our latest experience told a very different story, A table of four sitting right next to us shouted, screamed and used very foul language all night. When they left several tables were glad to see the back of them. I mentioned to the manager that I was disappointed they didn't have a word asking them to keep it down. The manager said they didn't hear anything which I don't believe as they place really isn't that big. It ruined out night and we regret going which should not be how you should feel when going out. Its really disappointing and we would think twice about going back if this is the type of customers they want to attract"
