"Try the poutine! Also, I've been here many times and I do truly believe that it would be awesome if ice cream and milkshakes were served here! Especially during the comedy shows in the summer! ?"

"My wife and I have been planning to have supper here for some time now. Unfortunately the restaurant (Biergarten is only open weekends and tends to be busy, so that presented a challenge for us. However, this evening we managed to go. As expected, the place was busy when we arrived at 5:30 pm and there was a 30-40 minute wait. Fortunately, the bar is open and you can buy canned bottled drinks to go and enjoy at picnic tables in a nearby pasture while you wait. Since it was a cool and pleasant evening, this merely added to the sense of relaxation and enjoyment of the whole dining experience. Once seated under the tent for our meal, we just had to start out by trying the Dill Pickle French Fries. These turned out to be by far the best fries we've ever eaten! Not only were they perfectly done (a rare occurrence anywhere in the restaurant world! but they were nicely salted, flavoured with dill pickle seasoning, and accompanied by a delicious garlic dill sauce. Our only complaint here was that there wasn't nearly enough sauce for all those fries. Would like to see at least twice as much sauce accompanying this order! For mains, my wife had the Willy Burger with double smash patties. Our standard for burgers is Sam's Grill and my wife said that this burger matched Sam's but just didn't have all the extra condiments on it. I had the Randy Special pizza because it was different in terms of toppings from a normal pizza and especially enjoyed the white sauce, pepperoni, and basil pesto on it! It's only a 9-inch pizza, but was filling enough for me. All in all, a great dining experience. Also took advantage of being there to grab a bottle of their Original Aged Gin. I don't know if it's the fact that it's aged in oak casks or not, but this has got to be the smoothest gin I've ever had! Highly recommended!"
