I think there are new owners or new management. Whatever the case may be, the old El Torito was better. The prices are cheaper now. And what Mexican restaurant only gives chips and salsa for to go orders upon request ? I give the food a 5 on a scale of 10. It was okay...nothing more. Sorry. read more.
