We have visited this cafe/restaurant on 3 separate occasions, and have failed to eat here on 2 of those! This last occasion in late May of this year was beyond belief because of the shear incompetence of the staff. When we arrived I stood near the counter at the front and was invited to sit down in the dining area. A few minutes later a waiter came and we ordered drinks while looking at the menu.
