"Okay, that's not exactly a 'restaurant', but, it deserves special attention! this place is really the best sweet shop in the whole india. they only use good quality, natural ingredients (no silver leaves) and have a great variety of tasty, with. I am not much sweeter eater, but if I am in benares, I will make my ksheer sagar repair almost daily! Best/favorite items: ras malai (what is oh so sublime,) sweet curd (dahi meetha,) kheer kadam, cheena payas, ras gola, kheer chamcham, baikunth bhog, and more and tasty! and their samosas are pretty the only samosas that I will eat in them 'cause I know"

"The food was very good! The location is very convenient. If you are staying near the Burning Heart Ghat. The staff was super friendly. Sushi was good. It was nice to have reasonably priced sushi in India but don’t expect sushi like you would get in Japan, or even in Canada, where I am from. I would definitely recommend it if you are in the area."

"I stayed 1 week with Somit and his team and it has been such a great experience. I could stay with the children of the school and I tought them spanish. It was so nice to be with them and share good moments. I also enjoyed the food from Bowl of Compassion and it was really tasty, natural and made with love. They have a nice terrasse where you can enjoy a delicious and calmed dinner. I would recommend everybody that comes to Varanasi to experience not only Somit yoga's training but also their food and what is more important, the school. I was really impressed about this project and I wish them all the best for the future."

"In a nook on Dashashwamedh, Dosa cafe is quietly dishing up the best ghee roast dosas I’ve ever eaten. As a staunch hater of variety dosa I was skeptical When I saw the array of weird dosa combinations in the menu. But I’d heard so much about the place that I decided to give it a go. I ordered Spinach Potato Dosa and Mango Dosa and was not at all disappointed! I’d visit here everyday if I could. I didn’t think the prices were extravagant. The only downside is that it’s a quick eat-and-dash place and a hangout corner."

"They don't have place to sit only takeaway is available so thumbs down for this plus their staff is also unmannered. They talk rudely when I asked how much time they need to prepare my order..<br>
The only thing I like is their vada pav I have tried maharaja,cheese,mix veg,masala,corn cheese fingers in my 2 visits all were good..and I am looking forward to try other options too :)"
