A local holiday brought us to a restaurant where we enjoyed an excellent selection of small plates in the garden. The chicken Caesar salad stood out as one of the best ever tasted. The friendly staff and reasonable prices left a positive impression, ensuring our return. Despite a pub with a lovely ambiance and friendly staff, disappointment arose when informed the kitchen was no longer serving food in the early afternoon. However, a different experience awaited at another restaurant, where an outstanding Sunday dinner included delicious dishes and exceptional service. The renovated pub impressed with its new atmosphere, attentive staff, and diverse menu of small and large plates, promising a return visit.
