"Our second visit to Ciao New York did not disappoint. The service again was exceptional and the red wine was once again amazing. "My wife and I visited on a Monday evening after a day of driving and touring around Cluj. Pasta Nostra is a charming restaurant with everything homemade. The owner is delightful and made us feel very welcome. We had two different dishes (bolognese and piselli) and tiramisu for desert. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Cluj for pleasure or business."
