You may go to Bad Hersfeld for renaissance architecture or church ruins but this restaurant makes it worth to stop there by itself. I've been to quite a few one-Michelin-star restaurants but this one ranks among the very best. Perfection from start to end. 5 courses with wine packet for 145€ is a bargain. View all feedback.
