First enjoyed a meal in this restaurant over 30 years ago. Have re-visited recently and found the service and quality of meals still of a high standard. No hesitation in recommending the typical German kitchen. View all feedback. What frankolsendk likes about Zum Wasserweibchen:
We went on a Tuesday to have the kalbsleber, which they have Tuesday, but alas, sold out already at 7. Tried the saumagen instead and was pleased. Saumagen for sure is a very local dish, but from Pfalz, not Hessen. In my mind, it doesn’t make it taste less good. The handkäse, however, IS local to Hessen, and very good.
