We had game and it was very good. It was very traditional dishes without ambition to do anything else than serve a good quality local dish. That worked very well. We ordered from a special game menu. Everything on it sounded very good and what we order was exactly that. We had crème brûlée for dessert and that sort of supported the view that the focus of the kitchen was on local dishes.
