"In this place, we'll have a reservation on Wednesday. There was the Haxen and Spare Ribs evening. Well, if Männe can get Haxe....We always reserve for 17.30. As usual, we first ordered beer from the barrel. We chose the Steig- Alm Helles. It is a Benedictine and very mild. Bright. It costs 2.80 Euro 0.3l . To the appetizer we both took the tomato cream soup, at 6.50 euros. She was nicely hot and seasoned with fresh tomatoes and a few bread cubes on top. It's an honest soup, without a lot of snuck.
