"We have a reservation on Wednesday. There was the Haxen and Spare Rib's evening. Well, if Männe can get Haxe....We always reserve the right for 17.30. So it's not full and when the restaurants fill, we're done. When booking, men have ordered a witch for themselves. We were received nicely and led to the 1st floor. We liked it very well. We could look from the gallery to the ground floor. The restaurant is so beautifully open. I'm sure there will be great events. Oktoberfest and the like. As usual, we first ordered beer from the barrel. We chose the Steig- Alm Helles. It is a Benedictine and very mild. Hell. It costs 2.80 Euro 0.3l. For appetizers we both brought the tomato cream soup with 6.50 euros. She was hot and seasoned with fresh tomatoes and a few bread cubes on top. It's an honest soup without a lot of schnapps. The soup is a bit above the edge, as it had to be led up the stairs from below. You can see it on the photo male got his witch on white beer sauce, with pure and herbs, on 15.50 Euro. The witch was huge and not just delicious, but after my husband too. The crust was super crisp. I guess the witch was still short in the Salamander because she was so pissed. I chose the 300 g Rumpsteak, at 25.50 euros. In addition, the Pommes came to 2,50 euros, herbal butter to 2,50 euros and a bag of Mayo to 0.50 cents. So my main food came a total of 31,00 euros. Since I had liked Kaiserschmarrn, but it was also a bit tired, I asked for a part. It cost 9.90 euros and was extremely tasty.
