"The Hotel Restaurant Alexander in Bad Mergentheim is again a Greek restaurant that can be visited without any problems without being disappointed. From the outside we went into the interior with great tension. There you can now have a two-part opinion, on the one hand it is nice and modern, on the other hand you also have areas with normal restaurant equipment “older” Yearly or “older” vintages. All right. That basically doesn't reduce the rest. Of course, the typical Greek decorative objects should not be missing, but are relatively discretely distributed. Now for dinner. In the evaluation are the village plate and the mixing plate. The plates are beautifully dressed and have a look. Portion size enough on the plate. That means who wants food and doesn't want to roll out is a good thing here. Who thinks he gets an overcrowded plate should also see pictures elsewhere). Here the value is placed on quality and not on quantity. The Gyros was delicate and tasty, not overgrown and not too fat and partly beautifully crooked. There's nothing to complain about here. Here too, the Souflaki tastes good, the meat tastes delicious, partly perhaps a little flavored, but was just a place, think that is the exception. The Calamari tastes good and fresh, the panade is quite thin, so you also have something from the Calamari. The rice is quite juicy, well tuned and saturating at 2 heaps. The Tzaziki is beautifully creamy, with a note of garlic, but not too strong. Everything is recommended as the service also fits. The staff is friendly and fast. Prices can be too high, but I think if the taste is right, you can pay a little more. Of course there is also an ouzo on the house if you do not want to drink “children”. Of this very attentive. The sanitary facilities were not visited."

"Schöne Kneipe, immer etwas los. Die Klassifizierung bei Tripadvisor "griechisch" passt nicht, lediglich der Inhaber ist wohl ein Grieche. Man hat vom Schnitzel, Pasta, Salat, Pizza eine reichhaltige Auswahl. Kinder sind gern gesehen. -Die Pizza ist die beste der Stadt. Preis/Leistung passt!"

"Ein neues thailändisches Restaurant in Bad Mergentheim! Und dann auch noch im ehemaligen Speisesaal der Schmerzklinik am Arkauwald! Also mal sehen:- Ambiente: gar nicht so schlecht, tolle Aussicht, keine Frage. Modernes Ambiente. Jedoch: die haben tatsächlich einen Teil des alten Geschirrs der Arkauklinikküche mit übernommen. Völlig antiquiert. Bsp. Anrichteplatten in Fischform. Die haben die Patienten damals schon vorgefunden. Geht so nicht! Im Sommer wird die Räumlichkeit bullenheiß. Geht also nur mit Klimaanlage. Woher ich das weiß? Habe dort gearbeitet. Früher.- Essen: es fehlt an dem gewissen Etwas. Fehlerhaftes Finish. Schmeckte zum Teil unfertig. Von einem neuen Restaurant im Taubertal erwarte ich deutlich besseres Essen. Authentizität? Mangelhaft.- Personal: Sehr bemüht und freundlich, jedoch unfähig mit konstruktiv vorgebrachter Kritik / Feedback umzugehen. Stattdessen erhielten meine Begleiterin und ich einen ca. 15 Min. dauernden Rechtfertigungsvortrag. Und: Thailändisches Essen schmecke wohl nicht jedem...wohl war, im Siam Thai.Ergo: Ein zusätzliches Restaurant in Bad Mergentheim mit einer schönen Aussicht, mäßigem Essen und etwas arrogantem Personal."

"We were only half an hour and did not try the All You Can Eat, but the service was good. The flame cakes were really delicious and I drank an Alsace beer. There were also French wines, but the German wine selection for Alsace was too big. However, there were no points that speak against the locals. There are 5 out of 5 points."

"Visiting with colleagues for dinner was a good night and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We went to share with a mezze platter, which was excellent and had all the usual Greek classics. Vine leaves filled with seasoned meat especially well....main course we had a grilled meat plate with lots of variety. We ordered both dishes for 4 and couldn't finish what we were given. Meat might have been a bit overdue, although well tasted. Overall not the best Greek restaurant in which I was, although certainly the best I found in Bad Merghentheim."
