We went there twice. First, we tried the lunch-buffet, which was really cheap, but tasted great. There were about 15-20 different dishes, soup, salads and dessert. Price was about 7€ and together with two Cokes we paid less than 20€ - definitely the cheapest meal we had during our stay!A few days later we went there for dinner and had a crispy duck and my husband some crispy beef on a hot plate. This is absolutely on... View all feedback.
What Nikki Thompson doesn't like about Chinarestaurant Pavillon:
We went to Pavillon because of predominantly good opinions and were...terribly dissapointed!Maybe the lady serving had a bad day because the attitude was quite ignorant and we would have accepted that since it wasn't to be a gala dinner but the cook definitely can't afford to be moody.Biting into the spring rolls just produced a mouthful of oil which clearly indicated that the rolls had been put into oil not heated e... We took a risk . . . Chinese food in a small, sleepy German town you ask?!?? IT WAS DELICIOUS! I spent a month in China and this was by far the most..
At first I was worried that I was the only diner here on a hot, wet night. However I was soon joined by others. I loved the décor and atmosphere. The menu was typically commercial Chinese but I loved my choices and I was extremely satisfied with the taste and quality of the dishes. If you want a change from the Bavarian restaurants, come here.
Is a common Chinese restaurant, nothing so special. Cheapest restaurant in Bad Reichenhall for the lunch, with 7 euro you can have a buffet but you have to add the drinks. We tried the service even in the evening and the portion are quite generous and the prices are ok.

Despite the unpromising exterior, we enjoyed our experience at this restaurant. Ample seating inside and out, friendly service. Food was excellent and very good value. Thoroughly recommended as a change from the usual Bavarian fare.
