Great local food and attentive staff. Fast kitchen. Good selection of beer. Once a month they have a band for a traditional Frühschoppen.

"Perfect through the bank. From the nice service staff, where everyone was friendly, both for us and for our dog. He was delivered mainly from water to several treats, which is rare today in Germany. Even the food has earned 5 stars. Steaks like in the USA. Really the same quality and perfect the even level hit. Only recommended with dog parking: Good number of parking spaces in front and behind the house"

"Irgendwie sind die Dinge, die spontan passieren immer die, die am besten sind. So auch dieser Abend. Geplant war gar nichts, eigentlich nur auf der Durchreise hab ich spontan eine Nacht in Salzburg drangehängt. Vom Red Bull Hangar 7 hatte ich ja schon viel gehört, insofern hab ich mich über diesen Vorschlag meiner Bekannten sehr gefreut.Die Cocktail Karte war riesig! Ich hab mich für einen rauchigen Drink entschieden und war geschmacklich sehr erstaunt, wie rauchig ein Cocktail tatsächlich schmecken kann. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir erklärt, dass dazu Sägespäne angezündet wird und dieser Rauch dann in einem speziellen Behälter, in dem der Cocktail auch serviert wird, eingefangen wird. Also unbedingt ausprobieren! Schmeckt einzigartig!Dazu gab's Nüsse zu knabbern, eigentlich eine ganzes Nusssortiment, welches auf Wunsch immer wieder gegen eine neue Portion ausgetauscht wurde. Das Service war sowieso immer sehr charmant.Auch das Ambiente ist grandios! Der Ausblick in den Hanger wahnsinnig imposant. Im Stockwerk unter der Bar befindet das Restaurant Ikarus. Wir konnten oben den Klängen des Pianos lauschen... Hier will ich das nächste Mal unbedingt Essen gehen zumal die Küche ja phantastisch sein soll!Ach ja, die Blumensträuße, die überall stehen, sind der Wahnsinn! Sogar die Toilette wird von einem imposanten Strauß geschmückt!Also ein toller Abend mit Freunden in einer grandiosen Bar im wunderschönen Salzburg."

"To me, this is the best restaurant in Salzburg. Good quality ingredients, treated well, respecting the austrian traditional gastronomy and always looking for an uplifted touch of innovation. All very well balanced! As well, the location and the personal is very welcoming and makes it very enjoyable. Wine pairing is worthy and the cheese trolley is very complete! The price is for special occasions, although the quality price/quality is better than the other hi end restaurants in the region."

"Konoba Pinna Nobilis is a new seafood restaurant in Hallein everyone is raving about, so of course we had to see for ourselves. It is a small and cozy restaurant with tasteful interior. The young waitress was particularly charming. While my family ordered the fixed menu, I decided to have fish soup as a starter (the daily special, I didn't know what it would cost), a seafood platter and my dad's dessert from the fixed menu. The soup, accompanied by bread, was good, although I have eaten better. I really enjoyed my seafood platter - grilled shrimp, calamari and scallops with a handful of veggies and potatoes - and I tasted some of the fish from the fixed menu which was also excellent. When I was done with my main course, however, I still felt quite hungry and I wished there had been more potatoes and veggies on my plate. This is something I will never understand: Why do restaurants skimp on the sides? They aren't expensive and they will ensure that the customers leave the restaurant with full bellies.I hoped that the dessert - two slices of chocolate mousse with fresh fruit - would save me but it didn't.When the check came, I was surprised to notice that the fish soup, which was a starter, was that expensive. If I had spent 2€ more I could have eaten the three course fixed menu. It would have been nice of the waitress to point that out to me beforehand.So, while the atmosphere and the seafood at Konoba Pinna Nobilis undoubtedly are very good, they should work on transparency and the amount of sides they put on their plates."
