"Das Gasthaus Treiber ist ein kleines gemütliches Restaurant, das mit viel Engagement von den Eigentümern geführt wird. Als Stammgast kann ich diesen Betrieb wärmstens empfehlen. Die Qualität der Speisen, vom Hausherren zubereitet, ist seit Jahren auf sehr gutem bürgerlichen Niveau. Der Service der Gastgeberin ist ausgezeichnet. Man wird stets freundlich willkommen geheißen und man fühlt sich in diesem familiären Ambiente ganz einfach wohl. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist ausgezeichnet. Nicht zu vergessen ist die angeschlossene Vinothek, in der man Weine aus dem eigenen Weingarten erwerben kann. Resumée: Wir kommen gerne immer wieder."

"Alle Jahre, bevor wir eine Kur in Bad Schönau machen, wird noch einmal ordentlich geschlemmt. Und es gibt keine bessere Adresse in der Nähe als dieses Restaurant. Heuer hatten wir als Hauptgang einen fantastischen Heilbutt auf Nudeln. Den Abschluß bildeten Somlauer Nockerl. Das Weinangebot ist gediegen und die Karte listet eine Reihe von Spitzenweinen österreichischer Winzer."

"We went to a late lunch and were absolutely satisfied with everything. the setting of the restaurant is really nice as the inner, eating is great (the best caesar salat ever with wonderful, tasty sauce) and the service really nice...and friendly. If I ever return to stegersbach, I will definitely visit the castle again."
