"We head a bad experience here tonight. The staff was very busy, not well organised and not particularly friendly. The biggest problem was the waiting times, though. Many guests had to wait forever until they could order. After we received our starter, we waited for over an hour which is when we inquired about the status of our main dish. We then waited for 15 more minutes and left hungry and disappointed. They did not apologize or offer a discount. Worst experience and disappointing service :"

"We were a bit worried when we entered the restaurant at lunch-time and not a single soul was present. However, the waitress reassured us that the chef was alive and well, the place was open for business and we were welcome to choose any table...within the vast establishment. Atmosphere is of traditional Bavarian quality and when a few more people appeared we relaxed and enjoyed the beers in front of us. Our meals followed in due course and consisted of Tellerfleisch (cooked beef served with horseradish and potatos) and Grilled Calamari (not baby-calamari). Both portions were generous, the beef (EUR was tender and the calamari (EUR were pleasant enough. Service was friendly and efficient. In short, you could do worse."
