Si penses anar de tapes i menjar patates braves i fregits variadets les Lolín no són per tu. Ara bé, si vols redescobrir que poden ser les tapes, que és una gastronomia amb personalitat, cuidada i ben cuinada, ja trigues a anar-hi. Hi ha pocs restaurants als què repeteixo i regaudeixo d'allò que veig, oloro i tasto. I un d'ells és aquest. Avui hem tornat a flipar de l'almogrote picantet i no se si amb tocs d'un tipo de mostassa; una reinvenció d'amanida de papalla, edamanes, tomaquets, guacamole i una vinagreta perillosament molt ben aconseguida; un carpaccio de wagyu amb foia i tàperes boníssim; i un enrotllat de jackfruit que cal que experimenteu. I de postres, un pastís tendre i sucós de taronja amb xocolata. Mentre escric el comentari encara salivo. Aixxx quin gran plaer!
