"Lovely, slightly off the beaten track eatery, we were made to feel very welcome with excellent friendly service. food was excellent and received helpful pointers as to what dishes contained meat and vegan dishes etc. My perogi were great and the bortsch that my wife...had aas excellent. Very interesting location as well, packed with independent traders, two record shops and three pubs... : ... Well worth seeking out..."

"Our first visit to Roski. The food was amazing, very innovative and the service excellent and friendly. Would definitely come back again. Only downside was having a table near the door which meant a cold blast when opened particularly when held open for those getting out of a taxi."

"We went today with a friend. We ordered one rib eye steak each. I’ve ordered mine medium and my friend ordered hers medium-well. Both came medium-well. The waitress checked back to see if everything was okay and I told her that my steak was over cooked. She offered straight away to bring me a new steak but I was already half way through and I thought that it would be cheeky to let her swap it for another one, so I had my steak medium-well. When we asked for the bill, the steak was removed by our order after discussion between the waitress and the kitchen. Even to the best of restaurants it happens sometimes food not to be as good due to a variety of reasons, but excellent customer service is something that never fails. 5 stars not for the steak, but for the customer service. I’ll be back and I’m sure next time the steak will be great, as their customer service!"

"Whenever we visit Liverpool we always try and have an evening at Roski's. We are always made very welcome, and this visit was no exception. The food is excellent, and the attention to detail is very good. The evening is not cheap, however worth saving up and experiencing. We've started saving for our next visit already."
