Nadai Fujisoba - Bago Bantay

After I headed for errands, I wanted to have some Nutles for early dinner. I went over to the 1st floor of the block to see what was new. I decided to try Nadai Fujisoba. The menu had many possibilities, but what I liked best was that they had mini-bowls of their rice meals. So I ordered cold Soba and Kimuchidon, which was weak with Kimchi with Kimchi. My favorite here is their Niku Fuji Udon. Nadai Fujisoba's udon has the right chew to it, probably one of the good ones you can find among Japanese noodle houses here in the metro. Flavor of the broth is well-seasoned, and their onsen tamago is just about right. Beef is good too. Whenever I'm having a hard time to decide where to eat in North EDSA, I turn to Nadai Fujisoba and not once did I regret it. View all feedback.
