Excellent food and service
Nice modern and old pub. Food excellent and service equally as good. Will return here soon
I think this place is now permanently closed. they have not been open for weeks and there is a plank for houses outside.

"We waited over 40 minutes for Sunday roast. 2 beef and I chicken meal. 2 small slices of beef on the standard meal, frozen roast potatoes, frozen veg, frozen Yorkshire pudding and what can only be described as packet mash that was horrendously dry. The worse part was the frozen chicken portion that resembled an anemic looking lump of jelly. The middle of the chicken was still frozen. The response from the staff was 'oh sorry, here 's your money back for the chicken dinner. As I refused for them to reheat this in the microwave and and bring it back. This place has gone downhill and we won 't be returning."

"Probably one of the best places I've been in a while. Lilu It takes the traditional tastes and makes it into something beautiful. On my visit I had the thali! Definitely was worth it! Great prompt service, so friendly and they offer great suggestions unlike some restaurants which they just leave you to it. It's also great to see that they also use local produce! Also...please note their chilli cheese red leicester naan is to die for!"
