Ordered the burritos online and they were ready when I was told they should be. The store appeared clean but no instruction of where a line should be formed. I dislike being at a food counter with staff behind it ignoring me. I understand staff are busy but some sort of acknowledgement like 'we 'll be right with you ' is all it takes. I ordered 2 classic burgers last night. I asked for 1 with no mustard, extra pickle, and extra tomato. I got a dried patty with a touch of soggy lettuce 2 onion rounds that only covered the middle. Thats it. Luckily I asked for ketchup packets. Only thing that made it edible. My husband's burger was right as he had no requests.
