"The service, food and atmosphere were all fantastic. I felt very safe with their covid-19 protocols. We had the table d'hote and some wine by the glass. Our server was able to make the perfect recommendations by asking us a few questions. Would definitely return for a special occasion."

"Good service and hit or miss with the food. Ordered the set menu, which included the grilled mushroom plate, foie gras for starters and the wild boar and tartare for the mains. The different components were will cooked, but the combination of flavours within several plates lacked cohesiveness. The plates tended to have too strong of the acid elements. Some rebalancing of the salt, and fat flavours likely needed to improve the overall plates. Despite this, I still had a pleasant enough overall experience, albeit it would not be my first choice amongst the restaurants in the region."

"I went twice during my stay at the hotel and the first night was mediocre at best. The price of my meal compared to what I got, I got the spaghetti. But the second night I got a pizza with the table d’hôte and it was amazing. My entire meal was good. So I guess you have to be careful and choose the right thing ?I would definitely recommend but only if you choose something worth it ?? so I guess it’s trial and error."

"Excellent poutine. Microbrasserie Charlevoix is connected with the restaurant so all their beer is available. Nice patio. Outstanding service. Typical gastropub but everything we had was high quality. I didn't realize until later that people like the pies, but after a serving of poutine I wouldn't have had room in any rate. Nice spot in downtown Baie Saint Paul that is more kid friendly than most of the bistros around town."
