"The service, food and atmosphere were all fantastic. I felt very safe with their covid-19 protocols. We had the table d'hote and some wine by the glass. Our server was able to make the perfect recommendations by asking us a few questions. Would definitely return for a special occasion."

"This is the best table and dining experience in the region. It's a hyper-local 7-course meal with ingredients either found directly on the farm or within a fee kilometres. They're located directly on the farm (actually a cheesemaking facility) in a space made for dining and are really passionate about their products. The menu is completely unknown which adds a little bit to the mystery. I would highly recommend you give them a call 48 hours in advance to mention things you don't eat, they're very accommodating. The wine card is short but nice, they're mostly private imports. There's a communal feeling to the whole thing as everyone arrives at the same time and eats at the same time. Every course comes with a thorough description of the ingredients' origins and how they were prepared. It's also a good deal for what you're getting/discovering. One thing they could work on is the dining area: the chairs could be upgraded. I never say this but we were somewhat uncomfortable throughout the evening."

"Wow all the positive reviews are really true. Small stop off on our way to Mont Ste. Anne. We were greeted very courteously. My husband enjoyed a baguette sandwich with ham Swiss cheese, while I had the ham Swiss cheese on a croissant. We both couldn't resist the delicious coffee and maple flavoured eclairs, accompanied by espresso yummy! Would definitely recommend this spot any time!"

"Beautiful restaurant with friendly staff. there is a terrace outside, but no heat. the menu is very limited, but eating is of very good quality and excellent presentation. I had the magret den canard (very good) and my wife had the sellabjump she loved."

"While passing through Baie-St-Paul I really wanted to visit the Charlevoix Microbrewery, but unfortunately it was closed. Instead, we made our way to the Saint-Pub, which is affiliated with the aforementioned microbrewery, for a little tasting session. They have a rolling stock of 8 different beers out of a total selection of about 15 products. The possibility to order a 4- or 8- galopins (125ml) was very appreciated as I was able to taste all their beers. I especially enjoyed the Double IPA Barbe Rouge, but overall all their product were good, despite not being over-the-top. The terrace is quite large and has a great view of the beautiful Saint-Jean-Baptiste Street and its plentiful art galleries. I definitely recommend stoping for a fresh one if you ever are in the surroundings."
