"We stayed on the sprout and ordered to the room for 3 suppers, and I give an average rating of 3 stars. the first meal deserves 5 stars (I recommend the salmon tartare, generous serving, and the dish of the day with prepared vegetables perfect, impeccable desserts.) the second dinner was disappointing for the price. Vegetarian salad very ordinary, tofu that tastes soya sauce. But the flamcueche pizza was good. 3rd supper : osso bucco (like a good meal prepared home) and duck magret (the duck was rubbery, difficult to eat, my dog liked it well on the other hand.) we had liked the cream burned the first day so we recommended it, however this time it was not torn above."

"I love Famille Migneron cheese store and when I found out that there is a restaurant opened next to it I got very curious. Faux Bergers is not your typical restaurant, you don't just go there for food but also for the experience. I reserved a table online about a week in advance. They offer a 7 course meal from only the local ingredients in the region, almost each dish is explained to you before you taste it. I loved their cabbage salad with carp caviar, definitely a unique tasting dish. The service is great as well. I highly recommend this place if you consider yourself a foodie or just love trying out new things. You won't regret it!"

"We had booked and it's better because the tables fill very quickly. The setting is pleasant and warm. Our waitress was very smiling and good advice. a detail but it's very appreciable: it made us taste a wine on which we interrogate (white wine of the region, charlevoyor it seems to me).We chose the formula th (superior table) around 35$can.Entrées: tuna tartar with ginger and lemon snails with alsacean (my husband would have eaten a dozen!) (reasonable amount). Excellent.Ribs of beef with black beer of charlevoix, fries (copyy). Bon.Belled beef joe with olives, beeluga lentils stew and vegetables of the moment (copyy). excellent desserts: dark chocolate pie and blueberriesfraisiernougat glazed. Very good. desserts are not home but made by an outside pastry (it is indicated on the site, not on the map or specified by the waitress). They are, however, very good. We waited a little bit for our first dish (30mns) but as soon as the entrance was served everything was chained effectively...in a good tempo. I noted, however, that the other tables were served more quickly so we were the exception;)but, the quality of the reception and the succulence of the dishes encourage us to leniency.Bravo to the chef and his team."

"We had an ok night there because we had to wait 45 minutes outside to get a table. we had high expectations and that was not worth eating. the Cesar salad was not fresh, the afteros tasted strange and the BBQ sauce for the wing was bought (and not the good art.) the beer was good, but not enough for us to forget the terrible food. on the top was the personal great."
