Absolutely amazing white fish. The smoked white fish is the best ever. Carry other fish also that looks great. Just don't give up on you GPS instructions it is way off the main road.

You know the fish is fresh when people are cleaning the days catch within sight of the counter. Get the whitefish filets. They taste better than walleye and come straight from the lake. And, there is a ton of history in the whitefish fishery.
