"Very talented chef with some necessary improvements on the service side. The chef and the product are simply 5 stars, very creative cutlery and visual stimulation but the experience in the restaurant is somehow wash by a slow and somehow disorganized service. Kitchen needs creativity. Table service discipline and processes!! I think they did not got it right….otherwise arm yourself with patience and the experience is worth !!!"
