Starting from a door signs that prohibits making pictures, taking videos and (no kidding) eating ice cream inside the cafe I got my expectations set to dive back in USSR. And I do not mean listening The Beatles by that. Although sweets all looks morrem and well made the style and service were indeed a little Soviet.
