Whenever I'm feeling lazy, I love to stop by Chipotle for a quick and easy Vegan/Vegetarian Burrito bowl. I usually either pick it up or have it delivered to avoid the long lines. They have options like Sofritas (Tofu), Fajitas (Onion and Bell Pepper), beans, rice, salad, and more. What's not to love?
