The food is 10/10! They have the best pad Thai noodles! The service is amazing! Drunken noodles are excellent. I placed a large order for work, the staff took the time to make sure everyone's order was correct and wrote the names on each box. Very happy with my experience! Confused how this place is well rated. Got a pad Thai with chicken and shrimp which was $18.50!! How? Okay I thought, this is about to be the best pad Thai I've had and I've spent a month in Thailand. Pad Thai was all noodle, no veggies or peanut, and minimal chicken with a few shrimp that still had their tail on. I laughed at myself, they got me good. View all feedback.
Wow! I inhaled my food! Sooo soo good. The flavor of the yellow curry with just enough kick of mild spice woooo wee. That hit the spot! I ordered number 8, 71, 53 n yellow curry. Best food in area, portions are big and service is good also. Small place but we'll known and ambiance is good.
The best Thai restaurant in the 626! Orchid Thai had unlocked a newfound love for Thai cuisine back when its original location was in Arcadia many years ago. I was incredibly sad when they closed and thought my favorite Thai spot was gone forever when in fact they had just moved to Baldwin Park. The restaurant is every bit as I remember including the same friendly, casual ambiance! You can't go wrong with anything you order here--seriously! Both the Pad Thai and Pad See Ew are amazing as well as the curries, namely the yellow curry which comes fresh with your choice of protein, carrots and potatoes. The meat/protein served with your dish is freshly cooked and tender, never tough and dry. I also enjoyed the Seafood Tom Yum Soup which comes chock full of seafood and veggies, although my husband felt it was a bit too much on the sour side. Appetizers are great here as well! The Shrimp Egg Rolls are wonderful and come with a sweet chili dipping sauce, and the Thai Pork Jerky is also a great order. Of course, you can't forget ordering the Thai Tea to help wash all those delicious flavors down! The workers are friendly and service is prompt. The food comes out pretty quickly whether you dine in or order takeout. Either way, you can't go wrong with this Thai culinary gem!
Omg this place has been my favorite since I moved to the area over two years ago. I will always stand by this being the best Thai food every bruhhhhh the pineapple shrimp curry , the green curry, the veggie and shrimp fried rice , the house fish, the drunken noodles ughhh it’s soooo bomb.
