If I could give them 0 stars I would. The delivery driver was very disrespectful and when I asked for my change back he tried to snatch the food out my hand because I wasn’t going to tip him. Chung Shing is exceptional. We order every time we are visiting family in Baldwin. Great quality, value and service.

We just moved into the area. We had our meal delivered. My first experience was a great one! Thumbs up! Great customer service and very efficient. Pricing is typical/average. I was given a 40 minute time of delivery and our food arrived really fast, within 20 minutes, very hot and steamy! The delivery personnel was kind and greeted me kindly. The food we ordered was fantastic; typical tasty, spot-hitting, fast-food Asian cuisine. Wanting to try a few items just to taste the variety offered at this location, we ordered: Fried Shrimp, 3 different types of eggrolls, Chicken Chow Fun, General Tso's Chicken, and Shrimp Fried Rice... everything was delicious as we had hoped. We'll miss our usual take-out in Brooklyn, but this will become our new take-out spot. We have decided that we would definitely order from this restaurant again.I guess with some other patrons that had a bad experience, it's plausible and you can't discount their experiences, as I've had horrible experiences similar at different restaurants. It can definitely be a hit or miss. Our experience was great... in our case, a hit, and I'd recommend giving it a try.
