I received a very warm welcome at the Coop Restaurant Heerbrugg. I was immediately offered the most delicious menu and decided on a fitness plate with salad from the buffet. We learned that RED WINE is mixed into fruits, sauces and vegetarian dishes at the self-choice buffet. Who knows where else alcohol is poured. After asking, we were told that we couldn't label everything. This is an impudence and disrespect towards people.
